We utilize the term Practice Member because ti best describes our ideal client.
The term “patient” isn’t very fitting because as in medicine it insinuates a temporary nature.ย It gives the impression that our relationship is short term and predicated on something being “wrong” with you.ย It implies the “treatment” of symptoms and conditions, neither of which we do.
Practice Member implies a relationship.ย Members know each other.ย Members are united for a reason, a purpose, a cause.ย Folks are members at golf and tennis clubs, gyms, and organizations whom they share a common bond with.ย Our common bond is that we are all here to live an innately guided life… or as close to that as possible.
Members expect to serve others and be served themselves… Chiropractic is a service based profession.ย Patients expect to be treated… “Trick or treat!”
Members expect quality out of their organization.ย Patients accept the grumbling behind the counter as normal.
Members look for leadership.ย Patients are dictated to.
Members are free people, free to choose, free to express, free to be themselves.ย Patients are held back by dogma.
We look to set people free and live the life they want to live.ย Become a Practice Member and reap the rewards of membership.
