Remember when you were young, you played a game of three choices?ย In athletics, it was “sit/start/release”.ย Sometimes the game was called “would you rather…” Today’s topic reminded me of those childhood games….
If you pay attention to the news at all, you’d be hearing about train derailments, chemical leaks, and food processing plants destroyed by fires.ย What is the cause of all of this, be it various accidents, government conspiracies, or an impending apocalypse is all a matter of your point of view.ย What can you do to help keep yourself well through all of this difficulty?
For starters we need to keep our wits about us.ย Being around people with positive outlooks on life is helpful.ย We need to keep calm in times of trial and being around others who know to do the same helps keep our mind focused on solutions rather than problems.
Get adjusted.ย This helps on a multitude of levels.ย First it helps with keeping our minds clear and calm allowing us to think clearly.ย Secondly, it’ll help our bodies detoxify issues within the body.ย Regardless of where they are originating.ย Lastly, adjustments help us sleep and 90% of healing occurs while we sleep.
Lastly, what do you believe?ย If it’s an impending apocalypse, get right with God.ย If it’s a government conspiracy, vote.ย If its all just random chance, keep living life as you were.ย Regardless of what they are, our beliefs can get rocked in an instant and we need to be flexible enough to change with the times.
