We can all learn much from the animal kingdom.ย Especially in today’s day and age and the idea of herd immunity.ย Innately, the strong move to the front / outside of the circle while the young and weak move to the inside of the circle.ย Take a look at what happens:

The whole idea is that the strong are outside and exposedย taking the risk to protect the others on the inside.ย They step outside and away from the herdย to engage in combat then return to protect it again.
How can we apply this to our own lives?
How can those in authority apply this to those they govern?
it also applies to us as individuals in that the stronger we are at protecting our own insides the better we are at facing our outside. ย Receiving your adjustments, meditating and keeping your mind clear, eating healthy, supplementing with vitamins (now: A, C, D) and minerals (now:ย Zinc, which is the active ingredient in a โz-packโ), and proper exercise all work together to strengthen you.
Remember, adjustments are for your nerve system, not joints or pain. ย Your nerve system conducts and coordinates all functions in your body. ย It has a direct relationship with your mental/emotional self as well as your immune system. ย Itโs not about your spine or your pain. ย Itโs about your life.
