Now that you’re well into your goals for 2023, here at the end of January, you’ll likely feel the pull to quit.ย Keep going.
These will reveal themselves as the hunger pangs of the new diet or nutritional program, or the soreness of a month of working out.ย Or you’re feeling better as you’ve engaged Chiropractic care.ย Each of these is an example of your ego telling you, you’re ok if you quit.ย That’s a lie.ย Keep going.
The rewards of our goals are seen at the end of the road, not the beginning.ย For example, your goal is to lose 20 pounds.ย Keep going after losing 5 pounds.ย Your goal is to add 50 pounds to a max rep, Keep going after adding 15.ย Your goal is a lifetime of well-being.ย Keep going after the 10th adjustment.
You can push through it.ย All of us who have pushed through the hard times to achieve something worthwhile are pulling for you.ย We know your pain.ย We know you can do it.ย The suffering is worth it.ย Just keep going.
