Be Happy!
You are awake and alive to the spirit within you. Be filled with joy. Be glad. Be. You are. You exist. And always will. You are a creation of the Most High. You serve with all of His gifts and abilities. You are love. Express love into the world. Be well. You are well. Give thanks for all you have and all you are and continue to grow in love.
Father, thank you for all that you have provided. A warm home, warm hearts, warm food. For these I am glad. Thor these I am thankful. With all of the conflict in the world, I could be brought down by enemies and rulers of this world. But I am glad for and thankful for such a strong mind and strong support and strong will. All come from you.
Father, there are those who are suffering. We are your hands and feet, we are your words of encouragement, continue to use us to serve your people and make their day and their lives better. May they bring their fears and pains to you and may we help them through and show them that all is well for those who seek you. All is well and I am at peace. I am happy. I am well. I am glad. I am open. I am warm. I am soft and unburdened. I am free.
This day, I am free and for that, I am happy.
