Vision 2030: Eliminate Discrimination and Segregation

There is much in the news about segregation of the unvaccinated right now.  New York City has and ordinance that the unvaccinated can not go out in public to restaurants, shows, bars, bowling ally’s, etc.  I believe this is wrong because we don’t know who has contracted and overcome the virus or not.

While vaccination may help reduce the liklihood for severe infection, it doesn’t stop transmission.  However plenty of studies show that natural immunity does reduce transmission and/or severe infection.

Here is one dated August 2021 which states: “All approved vaccines have shown the ability to induce neutralizing antibody titers comparable to those which are elicited by natural infection…”

This means the reverse statement is also true… Natural infections has shown the ability to induce neutralizing antibody titers comparable to those which are elicited by approved vaccines.  (By the way, the way, the “FDA approved vaccine” is not yet available on the open market and won’t be until at least 2022 due to court hearings about vaccine manufacturer immunity from lawsuits due to injury caused by the vaccine(s).  The options on the market currently are all Emergency Use Approval.  Don’t buy into their marketing.) But I digress….

Why would they compare the vaccination method to the natural immune system(?); if not the natural immune system IS the gold standard and what they are attempting to replicate.  Marketed items are always compared to “the best” available for a reason….

… and from the NIH: “The researchers found durable immune responses in the majority of people studied. Antibodies against the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, which the virus uses to get inside cells, were found in 98% of participants one month after symptom onset. As seen in previous studies, the number of antibodies ranged widely between individuals. But, promisingly, their levels remained fairly stable over time”

A simple Google search provides more information.

It takes the immune system up to 11 months to completely register the virus’ antibodies, with or without vaccination.  (read the articles for a citation) and we see support/evidence of this with the high number of breakthrough cases.  Yet, this information is being used to discriminate and segregate the unvaccinated only. Yes, “-ism” is alive and well in America, just not the way most people think.

Just because one is vaccinated does not render them invincible and just because one is unvaccinated does not render them suspect or a carrier, especially in the case of one who has recovered and has natural immunity.

The folks who contracted Sars-Co-V2 (COVID) in late 2019 or early 2020 and were diagnosed with the flu or simply stayed home because they thought they had the flu are the first to have natural immunity and have since the winter of 2020-21.  It’s no-one’s business what another’s vaccination status is any more than its anyone’s business what ones sexual orientation is.  Especially when each of these can and are used to discriminate.

Are you vaccinated and willing to mingle with the unvaccinated?  Are you unvaccinated and willing to hear out why you “should” be vaccinated?  In other words are you willing to BE with someone of a different lifestyle or opinion and NOT get offended?  If so, our event, “A Place To BE” on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 7-9 pm is for you.  Our only rule will be if you get offended and lash out, you’ll be asked to leave.  We look forward to BE-ing with you!
