Many of the items on this list have you JUST sitting there… meditate, pray, get quiet, feel, BE, let go, breathe, sit, listen… nothing else.ย In fact, we need not DO anything to connect.ย This is the starting point.ย Once you have that sensation and feeling.ย Once you know the whispering voice, then expand into the items that having you doing.ย Doing while being and listening allows for life to be lived moment to moment.ย You realize you don’t have to sit in a quiet room.ย You’ll be engaged in a conversation and you’ll hear the whisper and know what to do next or plan for next. Like driving at night, you don’t need to see the entire trip, only the few hundred feet in front of you and it all illuminates as you move further to your destination.
