Three years ago, we planted strawberries in a strawberry planter and placed the planter in our garden. That year, we had no yield of fruit. But the plants vined out and planted new plants around the planter…
Last year, at best we received a dozen strawberries. That may even be over stating it. But more plants vined out and planted themselves and our berry patch grew.
We have kept the faith; we had authority knowing full well the purpose of a strawberry plant is to produce strawberries. We have been patient in our waiting.
I began picking strawberries on Saturday and picked more today. Some are lobed, some are “J” shaped, most are berry sized and the larger ones are the size of a thumb. Some are bright red, others are light pink.
All are innately grown. All have reached their fullest potential. All have bloomed from their own inside as God made them.
None were grown to an “image” of what a strawberry “should” look like.
All are unique to themselves and sooo tastey! (Today’s early-birds will find some on the front desk to take home with them)
Who are you? Are you attempting to be what or who someone else expects you “should” be. Are you allowing others to dictate how you “should” grow and “should” look?
Live innately. Are you allowing your body to express it’s own life? Are you allowing your body and life to fulfill its own potential, the way the maker designed you?
You are capable of far greater things than anyone has allowed you to believe about yourself, especially when it comes to health when you allow yourself to live innately and let God express himself through you.
