We recently conducted a New Member Interview with someone who found us via Facebook and then learned a friend of theirs is a regular here.ย When the interview was completed I got the sense to ask “How does this all relate to your expectation and preconceived notion of Chiropractic?”
“Much different, I like this” the New Member responded.
“How so and what was your expectation prior to coming in?”ย I prodded.
“That it had something to do with bones and ….SNNNAAAAAPPPP!!!!” the New Member contorted his face as he wrung his hands as if wringing out a towel.
“…ahhh, and what do you think now?”ย I questioned.
“Oh, I love this.ย This makes complete sense to me.ย I love that it takes care of my health and using the bones like dimmer switches to turn on the power and keep me healthy.ย I love that and found this all very comfortable.”
Like it or not, snapping bones is still a part of the public consciousness regarding Chiropractic, as false as it is.ย In our experience, people want the truth.ย They want to hear the stories of people’s lives changing for the better.ย And when face to face with someone telling them the truth, people know the truth when they hear it.
Thank you for helping spread the truth about Chiropractic and counteracting the false information that is out there.ย We appreciate your dedication to truth and helping us help more people in our community.
With Love and Appreciation,
Dr. Brian
