Every day you need to consume half your body weight in ounces of water.
Coffee is a diuretic which means it causes you to urinate and excrete water.ย You need to replenish that water.ย Coffee, soda, fruit juices, alcohol, milk, though made up of water do not count towards your water intake per day.
