We love that you are someone who looks at health as a progressive action. ย Health isn’t something that is lost and needs to be regained but an action that is taken with regular consistency. ย But what about your friend or family member who isn’t in this frame of mind? ย How can we help them see a better way of going about it?

Not taking care of your spine properly means arthritis. ย Arthritis is painful when you move, it’s painful when you are still. ย The joints ache, the muscles hurt, and there is nothing that can be done to change the scenario. ย Golf becomes a challenge, picking up and playing with grand children is agonizing. ย Walking the dog becomes a chore. ย Household chores become burdens. ย Arthritis lasts fort the rest of yourย life. ย Do you want that?
The decisions that are made now influence the rest of your life. ย Taking action now can prevent all of that pain later.
Not taking care of your nerve system means the risk Alzheimer’s Disease, ALS, Parkinson’s Disease, and/or Multiple Sclerosis. ย Tell me about these diseases, are they temporary or permanent? ย How do these folks look? ย How do they get around? ย Do they take part in activities? Do you want to becomeย sedentary, miserable and eeking out the rest of yourย existence?
Can you feel the pain of all that? ย Your friends and family will also. ย This is how you need to talk with your friends and familyย to help them feelย the repercussions of not taking care of themselves. ย Ask them, Do youย want that pain or do youย want to prevent that pain?
Help them see that health is a process, not an event. ย There is no standing still with their health. They are either working to develop a “disease” that will become painful or they are working to prevent “dis-ease” that makes life pleasurable.
