Good morning,
Today’s post is important book keeping and office policy information.  Basics that are good to review from time to time.

SNOW POLICY

We take this on a storm by storm basis.  I post in three areas… at the top of our website’s home page, , within the “newsletter” section (such as where this and other blog entries post) and on our answering machine.

I do not always get to email a closing.

When you are registered to receive our blog posts via the website (as opposed to our internal email list), you will automatically receive an email alert when an entry posts to the blog.  THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO KNOW IF THERE IS A CLOSING as it is automatic sent when I post.

SHOES AND OTHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please, keep your shoes on when you get adjusted… We’re not podiatrists and prefer you are stingy with your provolone.  Other personal items (especially pointed objects like pens and pocket knives and ear rings and necklaces) must be removed PRIOR to laying down on the table.  There are corner shelves at each table for your convenience.  Thank you.

OFFICE HOURS

Office hours are posted on our website in the right hand column of the screen.  Some folks have used Google and/or Yahoo to track our office hours… these are not reliable sources.  Our website has two official addresses… www.avonchiropractor.com and www.nardifamilychiropractic.com.  Either one will bring you to the same place.

CHECK-IN

Please remember to check-in when you arrive for your subluxation check-up.  The check-in counter is located on the right hand wall, (next to the water fountain and coat rack) when you first walk into our office.

MEMBERSHIPS

Per the laws of the state of CT, it is illegal to utilize the term “unlimited” when associated with Chiropractic care.  Our Memberships now carry a limit of 25 adjustments per month, per person.  You may still get checked as often as possible.

FEES

Remember, the LOWER Membership fees are per month for a year at a time and the HIGHER monthly fees are per month on a month to month basis.

If you want the freedom to move on and off a fee, you may use the monthly fee.  It costs more because I have more administrative work and tracking to do.

If you want to save money, the Membership fee is designed to be recurrent and automatic thus reducing my administrative output and I pass that onto you in the form a reduced rate.
