Though the list of ailments for poor posture is long and discouraging, it is made worse by sluggishness or inactivity. 7-10 days of a sedentary lifestyle is enough to develop scar tissue within joints. ย Add this up over months and years of disuse and arthritis sets in. ย Subluxations can begin sooner that that. ย The best thing to do is to put the phone down on occasion, stretch, exercise, and return to the technology only once in a while.
The benefits of technology do not outweigh the consequences of inactivity.
Quick Fix: Be sure you are taking part in activities such as sports or running/jogging. ย Remember, something is better than nothing and in time, something can grow into something more.
