Welcome to March! That means spring is around the corner. Flowers wills start poking through the ground and many people will be coming outside from their winter hibernation. Did you remain active all winter? Or did you binge watch TV?
Here’s what you can do over the next four weeks to help yourself. You’ve already taken last week’s advice and written out your goals for the next 6-12 months. Now it’s time to get active. Make connections first. Make as many as you can and keep notes on who has similar goals to you as well as those whom you know will help you achieve your own. These next four weeks are all about connections.
How can you do this? invite others for a walk/hike, go golfing, grab a coffee. A good starting point is a 3-7 mile walk/hike. A typical golf course is about 3.5 miles of walking. It’s a good afternoon. Then spend 20+ minutes talking about your goal and what you want out of this year. Spend at least 20+ minutes asking them about their goals for the year. Get in depth with their goals, ask follow up questions. Find out if you and this person are on the same page and can team up together.
Go home and take notes.
In the office, share with us the bullet points. We’ll add them to your file.
